When you purchase an Item, you get an automated email from ebay system. This mail contains the details of the Seller ie postal address and email address.
If you don't find a telephone number of the Seller then follow these steps....
1. Click
Advance search on the right hand top corner of the page.
2.On the left hand side of the page you have
search
3. Under the search you have
Members.
4. Click
Find Contact information under the
Members.
5. Enter User ID of member.
6.Enter Item number of the item you are trading with the above member.
7. Click
search.
You will receive an automated mail containing the telephone number of the Seller.
Try contacting your seller to resolve the issue, amicably.
If nothing seems to happen then escalate it to a INR dispute.
Keep in mind that you are well aware of the time limitation of each step. Most of the Buyers are not able to receive CLAIM because they are not aware of the time limitations at each step.
