Cod not shown as payment option

I have opted to buy an item that shows COD available but when trying to proceed with buying it..cod is not shown as an option. Does it come as another named option?

bro its depend upon the seller. if they send it as cod they will charged some of 38-45 rs extra by courier company.so seller was not listed it in cod payment

Now in ebay Cod will appear only at payment mode selection page if cod is available on that particular item.
