I HAVE SELECTED SONY BRAVIA LED TV 40"KLV430EX FOR 39469/-AND KEPT IN EBAY CART ON 19/08/2013. WITH INTEND TO PURCHASE ON 21/08/2013.
ON 21/08/2013 MORNING I CAME TO KNOW THAT SELLER HAS INCREASED THE PRICE OF LED TO 41000/-. SINCE WE WERE GETTING BILL AND WARRANTY FROM DEALER. I HAVE MADE A PAYMENT OF RS. 41000/-THROUGH SBI CREDIT CARD.WHICH WAS ACKNOWLEDGED BY YOUR TEAM ON 22/08/2013.
ON RECEIPT OF ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FROM EBAY ON 22/08/2013 , WHEN ENQUIRED ABOUT EXPECTED SHIPPING TIME. IT WAS INFORMED THROUGH MESSAGE FROM EBAY THAT IT WILL TAKE 10 DAYS FOR SHIPPING.
ON 25/08/2013, WHEN I PUT NEGATIVE FEEDBACK, DUE TO NO RESPONSE FROM SELLER/ EBAY ON EMAIL. EBAY AGREE TO REFUND MY MONEY. WITH QUOTE THAT NOT TO PUT NEGATIVE FEEDBACK OF SELLER. WHY?
ON 23/08/2013, IT WAS REQUESTED TO SELLER THAT PLEASE ADVISE EXPECTED TIME OF SHIPPING. NEITHER DEALER, NOR EBAY REPRESENTATIVE REPLY OUR MESSAGE. AND ASKING CUSTOMER/ MEMBER IN WARNNING THAT DONT GIVE NEGATIVE FEED BACK.
SIR, I WANT KNOW FROM YOU THAT AFTER MAKING ADVANCE PAYMENT AGAINST ANTICIPATED ITEM DLIVERY. CUSTOMER/MEMBER HAS NO RIGHT TO ASK SELLER/ EBAY REP FOR FURTHER PROGRESS.
TO HIDE YOUR FAILURE IN DELIVERY OF ITEM WHICH YOU HAVE OFFERED. PUTTING GOVT POLICY DECESSION IN BETWEEN AND MISGUIDING CUSTOMER.
