sent parcel not received

Hi i've been selling from my shop slowly but surely for nearly a year and this includes international sales but for the first time i don't think my parcel is going to arrive to the buyer - its now been 19 days since i posted it to the states. he's told me not to worry but this seems far longer than any sent and received before . is this length of time normal - and if it doesn't arrive what should i do? refund? i was thinking of refunding half what do people think.

When you send a product through courier and if it doesnt reach the buyer you get the product back.
You should refund full or send him the item again. Its your mistake, unless the address given by the buyer was wrong.

hiya no it isint your fault the product hasent been recived yet im haveing this trouble at the moment and i did send it and iv got the proof to.it is the post offices problem to sort it out the have a form you fil in to get the refund and then you give it to the buyer ,you dont take money out of your own pocket do you hell as like sorry but just read this form and had to have my say thanks laura
