Hello all.
Yesterday , one of my item removed. which is listed in ebay.co.uk. (4th time)
and it ebay.in has removed with violation policy. with this kind of reason "Geographical address is not displayed on View Item Page ; Shop Page or Shop's Custom Page or on About Me Page"
But ebay has policy that seller can not provide any kind of personal information on me page, item page or on shop page.
But ebay.co.uk says "In accordance with the Electronic Commerce (EC Direct) Regulations 2002, sellers operating as a business on eBay.co.uk must clearly display their business name and geographic address in at least one of the following locations:
- On the View Item page – in the Business Seller Information section
- On their About Me Page
- On a Shop's custom page that is no more than one click from their main Shop page "
what how can ebay.in seller be safe from these violation ?
please, if ebay can help me in this regards, or any experienced seller.
