Paypal : limited account access (cant withdraw my funds)

I Need help regarding paypal limited access of my account.

actually when i am trying to withdraw a fund, its shows like " Accounts with limited access may not perform this type of electronic transfer."

when i have write to paypal they said like as follow :
"To return your account to regular standing, please complete the
checklist items indicated when you login to your account and click on
the link provided on the "Account Overview" page.

The link will appear as: "Your account access is limited: Click here for
Details."

BUT I DONT GET any link on my account overview page.
i write many times to paypal, but i got same reply

My funds are stuck into paypal, i need urgent money these days.

pls, help me for this.

wrong is this, i can't withdraw a money from paypal.
and when i m trying to withdraw it. it shows error, that "you can not wire transfer due to limited account access'"

Limited account means those persons who are not verified or either who has case in resolution from any buyer.

but, in my case, i am verified and even i dont have any case in resolution. and i don't get any link in resolution or on my overview page, as per paypal reply to me.

so, problem is i cant withdraw (funds are stuck),as paypal simply show me that my account is limited. although i m verified.

I keep cool, either ther is no easy way out.

Dear Vimalji,
Every other guy is using PayPal.
I am curious to know as to why this is happening to you. Your records are very good. This should not have happened to you. I feel very sad. I pray to God that your issue is resolved soon.

Hi,

Same thing happened with me, on receiving no help from paypal email I tried calling them up, and it sort out the matter in a jiffy. I will also advise you to call PayPal in USA.

My problem is solved today.

paypal reply as follows :

I carefully checked your account and I understand that you would like to
withdraw the funds from your PayPal account but having an error when you
try to withdraw, so what I did for you was I escalated your concern to
our account specialist for them to check the error so that you may be
able to withdraw the funds.

The error has been resolve and you may now try again withdrawing your
funds from your PayPal account to your bank account.

so no more issue now but this post will be lesson for someone. so reply here what paypal said.
