Does India ebay use PayPal?

Hello there, I am in New Orleans Louisiana in the US. I am interested in selling dvds with ebay India but I don't see a paypal link. Are you able to have a paypal account in India? Paisapay isn't possible outside of India.

PayPal in India wont work as only merchants can allow Payflow pro like services for Indian cards as they are 3D secured by verified by visa and 3D code of MasterCard which cost seller or merchant additional.

These advance fraud protection services of PayPal like Payflow Pro allow Verified by Visa and 3D secure MasterCard CARDS to accept on paypal.

I normal user now cant use their card to pay on PayPal as RBI in India made compulsion on using these #D security services.

Until, PayPal allow these services to club with its for normal user or buyer it wont gonna flourish in India.

No Indian Credit or Debit card will work with PayPal

i'm a beginner in online trade. i'm living in India. i want to buy and sell things. i'm not able to link my paypal account with my ebay account. i only see a paisapay link on the page. what should i do? is paypal completely useless in India? should i sign up with paisapay to trade online? is it safe like paypal? please help.

Generally PayPal is linked to EBAY.COM and other international sites like paisapay in India. you always have an option to pay with PayPal and i prefer PayPal .

i have just sold my first item on ebay.com. I am based in India and listed the item on ebay.com (NOT on ebay.in). but wwhen the seller tried to make payment, it was rejected by paypal saying 'international payments only allowed'.

I have checked in my settings aand it says paisapaay registration is active. How do I get payment?
