Hi,
I recently sent a parcel via IndiaPost Registered Airmail. The buyer claimed the item to be damaged.
How can I avoid such situation in future. I read in this discussion board that every parcel are opened and checked by custom. If that is the case, what's the point in packing it with extra care? Kindly advise.
