i had redeemed the x-mas gift nokia c2-02 which Ebay had assured to gift on the purchase of 30k and above.on 16/2/2012 i recieved an sms from ebay stating my gift was shipped on DHL BLUE DART tracking number-1343338801,i was trying to track from that day but when i tried to track i am getting error results not found.and my area too not serviced by bludart,to reach nearest bludart office i have to travel 6 hrs ,tried your phone support several times always they ask to wait for a month or week and not satisfied with thier answers at all.some one please help out....
