worst selling experiance

I have worst selling experiance with ebay team. After selling and sending item to buyer and after more than one month passed after buyer recved the item, still ebay team has put my payment on hold...where no one had asked ebay ...no buyer complaint or request. I tried and spent more than 8 hrs in contacting ebay team through several voice calls, several mails, took buyer 2 times in conference with ebay team, took follow up with couerier company...despite will all way efforts ....ebay team founds each and every way to deny support, and not to accept delivery....due to this harrashment and poor quality and worst service of ebay team, I have decided to end all listing....please confirm if I end Item listing...than any fee is applicable? or I can end my listings freely...without any charges
