worst ebay response

I had sold one mobile phone on 1st May, item number 320894570832, for Rs.2749/-, but with my surprise I received only Rs.985/- from paisa pay on 16th of May(PP id 31244401063), which actually should be 2610/- 2749-139(PP fees) =2610
I sent a mail immediately to ebay and got auto reply that, the matter will be solved in 48hrs, nothing happened. After few days i chated with ebay's executive, Naznin, I explained everything to her and she promised that it will be solved in 48 hrs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!nearly 48 days past.NOTHING HAPPENED.....ebay has removed all the contact details from the website, we can not find their phone numbers...only fill their forms and wait for the response without any results.......
