why no air tickets auction on ebay!

Hi Friends,
i was jus wondering when other sites like auctions.rediff.com or auctions.indiatimes.com are going big way for air tickets option why the king of auctions ebay is having 0 listing in air travel....any explaination from ebay is most welcome?

I think only pre-approved sellers sell air tickets and they should list them in auctions. ---------------
