I would like to know from Ebay why does the customer service do not provide a Compalint number or Grievence number to a customer for its problems, Is this not against the Indian Consumer Protection act.
Should a PIL be filed against ebay for not having a customer friedly policy . On 2 occasions i was cheated by Ebay sellers and Ebay is unwilling to block such sellers inspite of having a negative feedback.
