i recently received a headphones whose wires were almost out and but by my slip of my toungue i said to the customer care
that if i just pull on the wires they would come out and they argued with me that on pulling any headsets wires would come out. And i was not given a replacement or refund on this behalf.. By pulling of the wires i didnt actually mean i was going to pull on them. They said these were not categorised as defects in their manual or whatever... how am i supposed to shop on ebay if they decide what are the defects and the defects according to customers do not matter..
