This is for the ebay customer support. i had a finalized deal with the seller by the name of "mobilesgalore" based in mumbai which i had legaly won on bazee on 20th march 2005, item id no - 29061259. i have all the proofs and emails that i recieved from bazee service center saying that i had won and blah blah, but the seller just refuses to sell me the product at the agreed price saying that he will suffer a huge loss by doing that. what is the credibility of this whole concept if all you guys are doing is just time pass when the seller is not willing to part with the goods. what do i do in such a situation. please ebay support do something. your online form also is not accepting my complaint because the item id is not of 10 digits, it is saying " INVALID ITEM ID". fakes.
