First of all, answer me, how am I to understand whether the item shipped is alright or not, if I do
not accept it from the Courier people?
Secondly, whatever I am doing is under the kind guidance of
Ebay Customer support,which is very much known to them and exactly done as is needed from a buyer who
is being cheated by a seller like what you did to me.
I am again saying, I have send you back the
faulty item that reached me after 8 days,and hence the reason why the 2 cases are launched.

Never accept parcel returns in such cases also in description also write that no warranty on damages. Also tell to customer to check parcels at a time of delivery.

Why in the world will the seller send a broken or damaged product to the buyer. You can always check the number of units the seller has for sale of that particular item. The broken or defective item is always a problem with sellers those who sell secondhand stuff like a single used mobile phone or similar for example but not with sellers who have more than 10 units on sale.
I have had a buyer who filed for "ebay Buyer Protection Program" after 1 week of getting his refund from Paisapay, so you really cannot believe Indian buyers. I have sent advance replacements to buyers on a written promise that they will return the defective unit back when they receive the new item but non and I repeat non have sent the defective product back after getting the replacement. In fact one DUMB ASS buyer has gone to the extent of telling me to come and collect the item from him at Delhi from Mumbai. 3 have provided fake docket numbers. Can you believe it
I am soon going to put up the list of these buyer names here for all to see.

buddy you can give me the details of such buyers in delhi or amritsar I can get it collected and ship it to you.
better option:- get it picked up by the courier company.
best option:- dont send replacement untill the faulty item is returned to you.
A piece of advise to all my fellow sellers. if you find some one (buyer) abusing the eBay policies or taking unnecessary advantage of eBay policies, please dont give in and fight for it till the end.

OK I have lost some money fine, but the sad part is because of this I will never send advance replacements in future, so who loses out in the end, its the buyers who lose out. But this is true & real mentality of Indian buyers.
3 buyers have opened case in resolution center for fun and are doing nothing about it and I have to wait 90 days for the cases to close, my SNP goes for a toss for no fault of mine and ebay is of no help here. I have sent numerous mails but no result.

In hard times the family cuddles up, Similarly this is such moment when eBay has all guns directed on sellers and we sellers need to help each other in need.
Also we should share bad buyer ids with each other, lets have a common Ban list, this will give lot of power to us sellers. We do now have no power. Have to necessarily leave buyers positive, refund buyers' on their whim, Fight for DSR's and a lot of anti-seller policies. .
I dont have anything against eBay Buyers. I feel 99% of them are genuine, sincere, trustworthy and co-operative, But What I am worried about is remaining 1% who's negatives and low DSR's are enough to bring down a big seller on eBay.
Fellow Sellers comment and put forward your suggestions, because tomorrow anybody may be wearing someone else's shoes!
