what a sellar can do if buyer damages and returns to seller?

i have sent a good item to a buyer with shipping insurance but buyer don't checked and accepted parcel .and opened two cases at a time i called him lots of times but he lifts and says hello hello and cuts call. how can a buyer can open two cases at a time item not received and item not as described, ofter refunding his money this case is running till now.this is a bad experience with ebay.ebay started buyer protection but where is seller protection and who pays for item damaged by buyer.i think ebay have to open a booking point in every city so that seller can show the item condition to ebay employs ofter there satisfaction only seller can ship there item secured and this sajation will solve all problems of buyer and sellers this better than ebay guaranty.

what i meant to say raj is that it is always seller who is suspected even when he is not the defaulter. this is big flaw of the system.

WELL said RAJELECTRONICS.MY experience with bad buyers made me more loss. Even though, things reach them safe and secure,they require replacement.I send replacements. But they do not return old one. They also not give feedback.I gave so many replacements. Due to mental worries, I stopped listing for a while..Buyers 99% genuine may be practically not correct, I feel. All the above are good sellers who care for the buyers and in turn have had injustice done to them by the buyers and ebay has not helped us in anyway.

Lets seriously get together and do something about this issue(you all welcome to my place at Nasik for talks, a cup of coffee or ....... anytime) 😉

Nasik - phew!! too far from my place.. an e-coffee will do and may be we can get together online and find solution for collecting damaged products from the buyer (who are too lazy to send it back).

But seriously, some buyers just think it as its their birth right to not to send the defective item back. I have had similar case in the past and made the buyer learn a good lesson. (wasn't on eBay though)
My friend owns small courier company in delhi, so asked him to send the guy at odd timings (6AM some times 9-10PM) to collect the defective item. the guy just went twice and it worked. lol. buy genuine mobiles at unbeatable price.
