Hello,
As as seller we think many buyer specially new buyers on ebay as soon as they receive the goods they go on ebay confirming the receipt of goods (as ebay keep on emailing them to confirm receipt). Immediately on confirming Ebay in return send a auto email informing buyers to post feedback to the seller and most of the buyers specially those who have some isse with the product immediately post neutral/negative feedback without contacting even once with the seller.
We face same problem as as a seller and when we contact buyer they are very cooperative to sort it out mutually but since they have already made neutral/negative feedback we have to make whole process to get it removed.
There should be a message popping up to the buyer when they try to make a netural/negative feedback informing them to contact the seller atleast once for sorting any issue before leaving feedback for better cooperation by the seller.

sir with item that you are selling how do you expect to re ship and reverse pick up etc etc to resolve problem
