Hi

we always received a feedback form after talking customer there is coloum stating are you treated as value customer.. which I always select NO. As reaching a customer is like a hell.

1. They dont read mail before reply send rediclious reply.
2. For Issue contact you need to poke them 5-6 times then only you get proper response
3. No escalation mangment they know you cannot reach there superior so why to bother much.
4.Ebay has good fund, Why can't you introduce ticketing tool online for seller.

After 1 year I thought to come back again and start selling thinking they might changed after so much competition but I got what warm welcome I just changed my cell phone number. Becuase of which they restricted my selling ( no affect on buying which is kind of strange) security issue.. Okay no problem they provided the link to contact live chat.. Live chat told to send email after 30 min of chat.. After sending email one guy called verify told no restriction on my account.. 28th feb got a mail my account is limited now due to security issue..

This kind of things you say value customer..when you guys going to learn.. send you 4 e-mails no response..I am not in loss, I was not selling earlier will not sale again.. amazon is here now.. will sale it from there and lots of sites better then you guys..

My previous account was discontinued by ebay just because i had shifted to another place and changed my main address without notifying them.They did not even bother to call me up before discontinuing my account.

SELLERS HAVE NO SAFETY ON EBAY...AND NO ONE CARES THEM
BUYERS CAN CHEAT AND MAKE FOOLS THEM
NO PROTECTION IS THERE TO TAKE THE SAFETY OF THE SELLERS
BUYERS BUY THINGS AND USES AND SENDS BACK TO SELLERS,IN BAD CONDITION AND USED CONDITIONS...WE CANT SELL THAT ITEMS TO ANOTHER
EBAY CLAIM FOOLS NOT CHECKS THIS AND WHEN FINDS THE ITEM RESHIPPED BACK SIMPLY GIVES REFUND TO BUYERS

SO IF ANY RESPONSIBLE PERSONS IS TEHRE ON EBAY PLZ TELL US A SOLUTION

Dear All,

Yes You are right, Customer care on call is totally pathetic , hopeless, clueless and uselss.

When called up at ebay customer support number, there is that hopeless reply that they dont have information and need to contact through email.

And Email support is always late , late and late.. They are just careless bunch of unprofessional fellows who never reply on time.

For Sellers, there is NO support on Ebay.. really pathetic.

With HOpes of getting a response from Ebay.
