Hi. I have received payment massage from my bank but not from eBay or paisapay. EBay sent me email and instructed me for next step of payment verification. The email asked me to send my paisapay id eBay id, bank statement and photocopy of credit card I had used for payment with hidden expiry date. It also said that they promise to keep this information confidential. EBay account is not showing any purchase neither the customer care is taking any care.Have tried all eBay help..got none.
