why are you making fool of customers. I returned my phone to ebay 2 weeks two weeks ago & it came back again without any repariment/replacement. Courier person told me that the phone is not delivered to the concerned team hence returned back.
you are not giving replacement nor refunding my money.
I have initiated the process for filing this case in consumer court. you will have to pay for this.
