i want to change my item which i have ordered, i saw a better piece than that i ordered,can i have a chance of canceling my item that seller has opened an unpaid item case please help me

If the seller has filed an unpaid item dispute against you then you need to pay for the item. If you bid or did a Buy It Now, you are obligated to pay for all items you win or buy. There is no changing your mind because you see something better with a different seller.

If you get too many unpaid item strikes, you will be removed from ebay.
