unable to reedem ebay edge point

Hi,
I have collected 400 point with ebay edge promotion offer..then i redeemed 400 point to 400rs gift voucher. when i tried to reedem this coupan .
its shows the error "The gift voucher has expired. Please try another voucher or continue with your payment"

after this i have made many complains (3 chat)(3 emails)(2 telephone). cc executive always told me that its IT department error and it will resolve in one or two days.

till after 15 days i did not received any resolution from ebay.

can anyone provide me solution.

i have alos same problem, i have collected 1200 ebay edge points buy can't utilise with the error

"The gift voucher has expired. Please try another voucher or continue with your payment"

there are no response of complanis which i had made from last 35 days around 5 to 6 times. now another problem is the voucher must be utilised within 31 st jan 2011. so i think when this problem solved the new problem wil comes.

i also wait for solution
