trouble with Paisapay

Hi,
i am planning to start selling my product on e bay and i have gone thro all the conditions. i am presently banking with Karur Vysya Bank (Avenue Road branch) bangalore. This bank is mentioned in the list of Paisapay banks. I have a current account in this bank. However the manager of the branch does not know anything about paisapay. What do i do?

As per your comments, you should know that Your bank manager has nothing to do with PaisaPay. Just fill in your details at My PaisaPay Registration and get verified with eBay and you can start listing items on eBay.in
