i buyed a tablet pc from a seller. but the item i recieved is damged screen not working fine. i talk this matter to seller. And he told to send the item back to him. I want to know what proof that i send the item back? How ebay know that i send the item to the seller?

I buy Gfive G365 mobile phone from seller(ebay/sss.rupa1) I have informeed ebay customer care they advised me to contact seller rupa1 . I honour his advise4 n contacted the seller rupa . Then he told me to submits item received with ebay feedback then you return item to me you will get refund . Do ebay sleeping or watching monkey fight?
