slow process and poor service of ebay

I am ebay seller apart from that I am also selling with all reputed sites. ebay creating a lots of problem while giving the payment after delivery. I am facing this from last 7 days. Even buyer confirm that he got the material in good condition.But still my payment is pending. I don't know why they are making this kind of excuse.

But in this they are loosing seller.in this way they are loosing sellers and we people have a lost of offers but we are not listing because of their poor payment system.

ebay has a very poor shipping service. i need to contact ebay regarding this so which number to dial ?
