sick of calls from ebay

i have been recently receiving a lot of calls from supposedly ebay india about the purchases i have made asking me whether i have paid or not and the method of payment or what my ebay user name is.these calls are a nuisance since they call at all hours of the day and constantly.i am wondering whether ebay is making these calls and if so,what is the need when every thing ebay needs to know is there on the website.EBAY please do something about it .there is no use in irritating your customers.

Yes! Even I am getting a lot of phone calls from someone called 'Ram' claiming to be an eBay India staff. He is offering me to open an eBay Shop which is free for the first month and will charge a monthly fee from the second month. In spite of telling him that I am not interested, the phone calls continue.
