seller related product

Shipment recived on time and pod also updated on same day to the website and also on mailed on ebay .in but insellerverification@ebay.com is down so nail not recived on the mail id how could be my vlaim get closed as i have send all details on time and product is with seller and seller is also not reciving my call and ebay is not helping me very bad responce

Seller had send another product from the describe one and when product is returned to the seller then seller is not reciving call and proof of delivery is also send on time and also updated on claim section but on the mail id insellerverification@ebay.com was down so mail had been send to another mail id i.e help@ebay and also on paisapaydocs@ebay.com
And the responce which comes from ebay is that when they tried to call custmer is busy what a reason they provided if i had given all the required things to ebay than they have to perform their job not to contact me so if possible help me
