seller not wise

i had purchased an item # 160895465242 "Heavy Duty 50 Years Calendar Key Chain / Key Ring / Keyring / Key chain" from the seller royal_gems_world, quantity of two but seller sent only one piece, this is not wise of a seller , as buyer trust seller that they will not let their trust down, anyway hope ebay has solution for this.:-(

If the seller has mentioned it clearly in the Item Description or title, then he should send two items, so file a refund against him, or contact customer care in EBAY. Buyers are fully Protected. Dont worry

yes i have contacted the seller an seller responded on my email, seller said the balance amount will be refunded, on a personal way as ebay doesnt provide partial amount as refund, tus the seller want my bank ac details to refund my money by a cheque. 😐

i am happy with the sellers communication, and the seller have delivered to me another keyring yesterday against this keyring, alls good thanks ebay and seller....:-)
