The refund process has to be in favor of the buyer & not the seller. The quality of the items on Ebay has to be verified before being sold. Ebay sucks bcoz itโs a third party resolution!

And u can't even compare the products on Ebay.

True, ebay is an online marketplace that gives an equal importance to its members- buyers as well as sellers. We do understand that you may have some inconvenience with regards to the cooling period of refund process. We observe 5 days of cooling period once the refund is initiated, so that, seller can check with his courier service partners about item's whereabouts and speed up the delivery process.
However, being an online market place, we believe that our buyers should get the products they order.
Be rest assured, once the cooling period is over and if the seller fails to provide any resolution, we will approve your refund.
With regards to your suggestion about product quality checks, we would like to inform you that we do periodical checks.
