i paid 520$ but after 30hrs of wait seller is not contacting me tell me what should i do.... should i make dispute on paypal for my payment

hi,
i would advise to kindly wait for seller to respond. at times many seller strt away go about arranging the shipping of the item and communicate only after they have shipped the item. if you do have a specific query, kindly mail him or better call him on registered no.
Dispute raising should be the last resort once u r proven beyond doubt that the transaction is going sour for u .
Lastly, your money is 100% safe. so would be gr8 to just wait and watch and let the transaction happen the way 1000s happen everyday here

I have already opened a case for an item where I paid Rs 3249/- for a Microsoft Natural Wireless Mouse 6000 where as the seller (many.more.shoppe) sent me a laser mouse worth Rs 1800/- I opened a case and the seller said he would get a courier to pick up the wrong product and deliver the correct one. The seller has 10 days for action. But no courier comes and I called the seller number of time for the same. Every time he says the courier will come but it comes.
I opened the case on 19th June and the seller has time till 29th June. Today is already 27th so there is no way the courier will take the product to Mumbai from Bangalore and get the correct product by 29th June 2011. So I thought if it I do not receive the correct product by the deadline I will initiate a refund request. Now eBay PaisaPay mails me says they are assuming that I received the product and will pay the seller. Now if that happens how can I initiate a refund request and how can they pay when a case is still open.
This is the second vexing transaction with eBay. If eBay PaisaPay pays that seller many.more.shoppe I am gonna go to consumer court and drag the whole thing with me. This kind of treatment is not OK with me and I am not gonna stay silent. What is this harassment by both the seller and eBay.
