my id is :eceramm i got a DKU 5Serial Data Cable for Reliance Nokia Mobile (9140242843)from INFOWAVER (Maharastra,India) on 28th May and i made the payment on the nxt day.It was mentioned by the seller that courier rate 75 anywherei n india,But it since 10 days he havent delivered me the product,when i sent a mail to him,he is responding like he dosent hav anything in his hands,he tol courier has been despatced on 31st.Wheather it will take one week for a courier to reach a town in tamilnad ? it makes to have a negative feedback abt e-bay online shoppoing,it seems to be no security in getting anything in online,I presently stay in banglore i cud hav gone to electronices market instead of getting it in online,I thought it is safe and they will send it as promised
but i dosent seem to be lik that.

Some times courier may delay unexpectedly. You may wait for some time. Hope you will receive your item.

If the courier does not arrive then you can always refer the matter to eBay as Item Not Received (the link is in the drop down menu just beside your Item in My eBay). You will get refund as per eBay rules. .

Some times it take 10-15 days as the courier might be misplaced. Ask Consignment / Docket Number and the courier company from your seller and make an enquire incase he has shipped the product. If you don't recieve the product then don't worry, open a dispute Item Not Received

As you said about the security, eBay gives the Buyer Protection.
