whenever there comes a caase of damage item delivered to buyer , claim teams relies , powership team has replied was delivered in intact condition, this means they dont want to cover damage in transit ,everytime cant be same reply , weight at time of pickup and and at time of delivery should be mentioned , in exact grams , ebay can have a column to fill exact weight in shiping label , and on manifest, so on signed maifest weight will be enetered.
