Please follow the steps provided by smartphoneforever :-).

Alternately you can write a mail to inrswebhelp2ebay.com mentioning seller Id and can request to remove the negative feedback you left for the particular seller.

Be specific and mention is clearly that you wish to 'remove feedback'!
