I bought a tablet which was defected & hence it was returned & refund was approved however ebay services are so worse that its been 4 months I didnt recieve my refund. Even I had done chatting with their customer support but its useless, everytime they raise a service number but no response then. Also when I call their executive he also raise a new service request & thereafter no response, even they transfered to their supervisor but nobody picks the call. I also sent 3-4 mail to customer service center but no response recieved after 4 minths also.
I use to buy regularly from ebay but I didnt know that they dont refund your money ever. Its a pathetic website. I think I have to file a case in consumer court & ask for refund & problems I beared due to them in these 4 months
I will suggest others also "beware from this website refund, i.e. prefer amazon.in in they are superb for all services & cheaper than ebay"
