Its highly unprofessional, I have purchased an item on August 31st and haven't receive any refund from ebay for the seller not turning up to ship the item within the stipulated period. Also there is no response from ebay to my mails. Its my earnest request to the company to take note of it and refund the money as soon as possible.

If the seller do not enter the shipping details in a week, an automatic refund process starts but it takes some time as it goes through some verification process.
