You will have to connect with the ebay customercare for the same.The money is not with the seller but with ebay.It usually takes a week to see the money in ur account

Why do you buy from such useless sellers, he has received 8 positive feedbacks and 9 Negative feedbacks in 1 month.

Never buy from such 3rd grade sellers who have no commitment towards their buyers.

You will get your money back but you have lost your coupon which ebay never refunds.

true, sometimes we use a gift voucher or coupon to buy and the seller won't ship the item, we get only the amount paid and not the voucher value.

EBAY should do something to claim the lost voucher
