On the 20/06/2016 while placing an order (blackberry tourch 9810, silver) online from ebay and during the process i was told to make payment vide credit card through Indoan overseas bank and message appear that there is problem in processing please try again and i dit this three times, but unfortunately my product was not not confirm and where as the amount of Rs.6250/- twice was deducted mounting to Rs.12,500/- (tweleve thousand five hundred only. My bak statements are as follows
