Dear all, it's very bad response for any brand that we get a damage item and after lots of follow up we get nothing in our hand,
I purchased a xiaomi power bank from eBay but thats damage and i mail to the seller but the seller is not responding. I also logg a complaint for the paisa pay id 321804736917 to the eBay customer service one guy called named Manish and he confirmed that u will get a call within next 48-72 hrs but it's four days passed and i did not received such calls like that.
Please check and do the needful.
