Hi eBay,
I had ordered a simple product such as San Disk pen drive. I paid on the 21st-Sept for the product and after I escalated through the feedback system they decided to ship the product on the 29th Sept and now its Oct-04 and the product has still not reached me, its 3 weeks now. The seller does not respond on time. HE decided to respond only after I left a negative feedback. And even on his response he has been very rude. eBay has a habit of not looking into certain aspects when it comes to customer service and is always Seller biased. Iam not generalizing all sellers cause I have had better experience with eBay product is delivered no less than 2 days. Thats excellent service for sure. But this specific vendor if you look at the negative feedback history he is not very pleasant with the buyers. And this uncomfortable statements from a seller directly impacts eBay as a brand and you need to have some control over the language and statements that sellers send to buyers. This is very specific to "goodvalue_99" nothing personal with this person. But Iam offended. All I want is the product delivered to me or it would be great if I get my money back atleast. I would also suggest you to check his response to me on the feedback that I placed.

That's a nice by both you and the buyer. It could have gone bad for a seller in this case if the buyer had not understood the real problem. All the best Niyam hope I get to do business with you sometime. I feel much better to see some good sellers like you around. Let me tell you that Iam not generalizing all sellers here.

Suman an FYI, stocking of laptops and notebooks is still not so bad as usually the parent company give you price protection for a period of time(30-60 days), the main issue here is the vast inventory associated with laptops. Whereas in pendrives the problem is of severe price fluctuations on a daily basis and hence sellers generally avoid stocking large inventory of pendrives, memory cards, RAMS and HDD etc.
Hope you understand the economics of efficient selling.

Guess what! guys. Our attitude vendor failed to deliver the product until today. eBay sends a mail to initiate refund and I have done the same. Ebay also calls me for a feedback and confirm the refund and I generously explained to them about GoodValue and their prompt service lol!

Again I would not blame eBay for this mishap, but there is only one thing that eBay should look into and that is the way the dispute section of the website is being handled and also personally warn sellers of this type for the behavior with the buyers.

For all the buyers, please check the seller's credibility before you buy a product and if you find a min 10 to 20 negative points please avoid them.
