We have also been a buyer & Seller on ebay since last 10 & half years.
Most of our buyers have been satisfied with our deals & this shows in our feedback ratings.
The buyer had purchased the Laptop & deposited Rs.34850 (less paisapay fees + cash deposit charges) in HDFC Bank.
The product was delivered to the buyer's friend in Borivali, Mumbai as per his instructions.

A brand new seald box packed item was delivered with 24 months msi India warranty.
The buyer called & told us there was some problem in the product.
As it was under warranty, we asked him to visit nearest msi Service centre.
After visiting the Service centre, buyer said that msi will be giving a refund as machine was faulty.
The product was packed in another box & sent to us.
Our distributor informed us that they will accept the product only in original packing.
Still they were willing to try & reason out with msi India that the machine was faulty.

After a lot of follow up with msi India, they refused to refund/ replace the product.
According to them there was an OS problem, which was resolved & product returned to customer.
They allege that remark column was blank & customer has put "Frequent HDD Crash" .
The Kolkata msi personnel also claim to have seen the original challan which has no remarks.
It is clearly noticed, the ink & handwriting of remarks is different from the other handwriting.
We would like to assist the customer in every possible way.
The buyer can visit msi Service centre regarding the HDD problem & it will be resolved as product comes with 24 months warranty.
We have always communicated with the buyer & would like to get this problem resolved once & for all.
