i bought a xperia handset on 22nd Feb with 6 months EMI..
after purchasing i haven't got confirmation about EMI amount during first 2 months... on 17th of April the whole amount i.e Rs.19815 was deducted from credit card, and i have to pay the whole amount at once , instead of EMI basis....

from last 1 and half month i have been contacting ebay team, every time they told me that mail was sent to icici bank and you will get a resolution within 48 hours to 72 hours.... m still waiting fot the proper resolution..

i will not recommend anyone for ebay shopping...

Such a BIG NAME but unable to solve such small issue....

I think Bank deducts whole amount from Credit Card at once.

EMI means you have to pay that amount in installments.

Please check your bank customer care. I think eBay has nothing to do with this.

I agree..This is a ICICI Bank Issue..not ebay..

I have purchased many items via eBay since 2009. I've never experienced such issue. Neither any of my customers have experienced such issues. I am fully satisfied and happy as a buyer as well as a seller (other than eBay India customer support, there is nothing to complain about eBay).

You might have forgot to select the EMI option. If it was a tech issue at eBay, there would have many similar reports because every few seconds, an expensive electronic gadget is sold. None of the buyer has reported about this earlier.
