problems with paisapay: status is still pending

Hi,
I purchased several items through Rediff, Sify and Indiatimes in past. I never ever had such a bad experience that I am having with ebay (or paisapay) in my very first purchase at Ebay. I purchased an item no. 270206962546 on 31st January. I chose paisapay to pay the amout. The paisapay id is 21378674003. I also have sent the required documents for verification on the same day by Fax and Email. Today is 4th of February and still the status is "processing payment". I am surprised to see the height of inefficiency at ebay. Please tell me where in the world does it takes 5 days to just process the order. I wanted to give this item as a gift to my wife on my anniversary date but thanks to the inefficiencies at Ebay, India I have to look for some alternate arrangement. I have called Ebay center 4 times but still no change in the status. I swear, I will never ever buy anything from Ebay again. I prefer to pay few thousand Rupees extra to buy things from open market rather than wasting my precious time on following up with Ebay team.

Oh by the way did I mention that Bank verification was done 3 days back (ICICI bank has the proof) and paisapay team still tells me that Bank verification is pending. If this matter is not resolved by tomorrow afternoon then I will be bound to cancel this transaction and ask my bank to withhold the money. I don't have time to keep continuously following up with Ebay team.

OKAY...Latest update. The payment is finally approved. I request Ebay team to make sure that such delays do not become the order of the day at Ebay. Ebay is a pioneer in providing affordable items to millions of customers and so it was a pain to see dwindling service levels at Ebay, India. I have heard that Ebay, India is now looking at the problems and working to come up to the service expectations of customers. Hope it becomes successful in that. As for me "once bitten is twice shy". But there is one silver lining in the cloud: customer support representatives at Ebay were very supportive.
