Register for sms alerts and mastercard securecode or verified by visa for respective account and card.

Your credit / debit card payment could not be completed. Please try again. If the issue persists, use another card or payment type. This is the error message that I get using my debit card. Same error message is displayed if I use another debit card. Need help on this

guys there is a problem with gateway and not with your cards, Ebay accepts your cards.

But due to technical issues there was a problem. even i have faced the same, but when i tried next day ,it went through.
