payment methods

I opted to purchase an item because one of the payment methods listed was cash on pickup. The listing did not show any other particulars. However, now that I have been declared winner, the details show that this method is avaiable only for TVM city. Me being in Mumbai, I will have to send DD or cheque, both of which methods I don't like. I am ready to pay by paisapay or pay to the courier against delivery. Mail sent to this effect to the seller has not been responded to. In such a case, how do I proceed in the matter?

Well it's a bit sad to hear the confusion in the mode of payment that has cuased you to think...and sort the issue. Although all of the Sellers on EBAY INDIA are the Serious ONES and they should do everything to resolve any such issues.



Regarding your particular issue, the first thing you can do is to login in your EBAY INDIA Account and find you recent purchases of this auction and simply pay for this item. The buying page will show you the PaisaPay Option and hence sinmply complete your Transaction there.


Incase if that option is not present, then pl. report the issue to the HELP DESK for BUYERS on EBAY INDIA. You can reach them by Clicking on the " HELP " Tab on every EBAY INDIA PAGE...and then click " CONTACT US " Present on the extreem left, and then select bidding and buying in the first box, and the select your best options to finally report to the BEST DESK ragarding your issue, so that it can be recolved as soon as possible...
