i think ebay has become a very insecure site for buyers. i had a dispute regarding item no. 57703844761 against which i was issued a claim no. 438464 and was directed to fax documents regarding proof of payment to a number in U.S. furthermore the reimbursement if any was to be made through paypal. i think this is ridiculous and does not safegaurd the interest of the buyer.
moroever since the payment was made through paisapay a service affiliated to ebay india why are we asked to place proof of payment why can't ebay get it confirmed through paisapay. is this a gimmick to deter buyers from making a claim
i think it is because of this that we are facing so much problems from bogus sellers , things which we hardly faced under BAZEE.
if this carries on then forget about doing business in india ebay.

just a thought : may be you filed for claim logging on to EBAY.COM instead of ebay.in ????
again i tell u just a thought if that might have happened other wise i totally agree that it is ridiculous for buyers having to fax details to a US number and what if indian buyers do not have a paypal ???
this needs to be worked out or buyers will loose faith in ebay india
