i paid on 23 jan 2012 for rs.9115 . payment deducted from bank account but not received in ebay.

paid again then it got received . how to get money back

I purchased item with id "250850703412" on 26th January 2012 around 9 PM with ICICI online banking, transaction id "0286870025" However after deducing amount Rs. 207.50/- from my account session time out error occurred and item is no longer shown in my e-bay purchase history. What happened ? I am really confused as I am new ebay buyer please help me with this issue. Thanks in advance.

Just Talked on e-bay customer support 18002093229(toll free)
number he told me it generally takes two days to confirm transaction and if it's not resolved in two days call customer care with following information.
In my case,

bank name ICICI BANK
mode of payment Online banking
date & time 26th jaunary 9:00 PM
amount 207.50/-
ref no(bank trans id) 0286870025

I am Mohanraj.i tried to place an order in EBAY using net banking on 28.01.2012. After the net banking payment, it displayed the following message as

Your PaisaPay online bank transfer cannot be completed. Please select a different payment type.

The order was failure, but amount was debited from my axisbank account. Please help me to get back my debited amount (239 rs).
