payment cleared by bank but pending with paisa pay

i had bought this lcd for my ipod about a week ago from supremeproducts_in1... he is in touch with me regularly but the problem is the paisa pay has not cleared the payment since one week.... as u people tell us that paisa pay makes shopping on ebay easier and faster then why is it taking so much time than usual...the only thing that could happen would be that due to these thing ebay might end up loosing its credibility...please look up into this matter... not only my but all the others too...

I am sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. However, most PaisaPay credit card payment becomes pending becuase the PaisaPay team is not able to get in touch with the buyer for verification, or they do not receive appropriate documents as requested.

I will encourage you to check your mails from PaisaPay, and in case their is any such request, kindly revert to them with the relevant documents. This will help them process the payments better.

In case their is no communication from PaisaPay, kindly write to them via the following link, and they will ensure that your problem is reolved at the earliest.

Click on PaisaPay> Buying with PaisaPay> Payment made but showing as pending
