paisapay does not refunding the money back

i have ordered a blackberry 8900 i have paid by paisapay ,the product is not recieved , now deleted by ebay and they are now making fool of me that some time 2 days, 4 days or 48 hrs it wl take to refund but ultimately thay r not refunding i dont think we can trust paisapay also for paying securely as they r very lezy in refunding .they keep on earning interest on our money.
if u want to help ur customer pls do it timely

it will hapen may be for some technical fault either paisapay will sure return urs money as soon as possible.

Since you paid by PaisaPay, you need not worry at all. Please try to understand that Refunds generally takes a longer time than other transactions. Refunds cannot be done overnight since it goes through a confirmation process.

i have ordered a NOKIA 55300 i have paid by paisapay ,the product was not recieved , and my refund was approved on 08/Sept/2010. but since than i have been feeling like cheated. no refund is received till now. every time i call ebay its the same stated line that wait for 48 but ultimately thay r not refunding
i dont think we can trust paisapay also for paying securely as they are not refunding and use the money of the customers and keep on earning interest on our money.
i am fedup myself to call for my refund of 10,000/- and would suggest every buyer to not trust any deals with EBAY because if you didnt get the product you cannot expect refunds from them. i am waiting for my refund since 30 days and nothing happened.
