oversea PaisaPay seller registrationI

I checked eBay customer services , they said PaisaPay can transfer payment to my Hong Kong HSBC account even i have not india account , but it fail to transfer , what is the problem , what is the setting for oversea account ?

It need indian bank account , but i have not . It hold my money long time , how can you release money to me if no indian bank account ?

hi i want to use EMI service. But i don't have a credit card. i had only debit cards of axis & sbi banks. help me to pay through these cards.

eBay customer services confirm me it is work to transfer money from PaisaPay to HK HSBC A/C. I'm cheated from eBay , PaisaPay !!
